Halifax Hounds Raw Ltd is registered as an animal feed business, adhering to UK Government laws and EU legislation governing animal feed safety. Our raw materials are sourced from approved suppliers and are fit for human consumption prior to processing, with adherence to hygiene guidelines during production, storage, and transport. We are DEFRA registered U1429220/PETR, adhere to FEDIAF guidelines, and comply with EC Feed Hygiene Regulation (183/2005) GB437 1325.

Compulsory statement: "Use as pet food only. Keep apart from food. Wash hands and clean tools, utensils and surfaces after handling this product."

Halifax Hounds Raw LTD has the right to update these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession);

(d) breach of the terms implied by sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); or

(e) any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

12.2 Subject to clause 12.1, we shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any:

(a) loss of profit;

(b) loss of business;

(c) depletion of goodwill or similar losses;

(d) pure economic loss; or

(e) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising under or in connection with any contract between us.

12.3 Subject to clause 12.1, our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the total price of the goods purchased by you in the relevant order.

12.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to follow our published feeding, handling, or storage instructions for the products, including but not limited to, improper thawing, refreezing, or inadequate hygiene practices after handling. It remains your responsibility to ensure the products are stored and prepared safely and responsibly.

12.5 We aim to provide accurate and helpful information, but any feeding guides or dietary advice provided on our website or packaging is general in nature. We recommend that you consult with a qualified veterinary professional or canine nutritionist to ensure our products are suitable for your specific pet's dietary needs, health conditions, or allergies. We cannot accept liability for any adverse effects arising from the inappropriate feeding of our products without professional advice.

12.6 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.
