How our delivery service works
We offer next-day delivery starting from just £6.75. Please note that due to the weight of our products, the delivery price will increase if you order more than one box. We strive to provide a reliable and efficient service to ensure your pet's raw food arrives promptly.
Delivery areas
We are proud to offer nationwide delivery, bringing our fresh raw pet food directly to your door. Our delivery service can be tailor-made to fit your specific needs, ensuring that your pets receive the nutrition they deserve, no matter where you are in the UK.
Packaging for freshness
To ensure your raw pet food arrives frozen and in perfect condition, we use high-quality woollen packaging. A natural insulator that is far more effective at keeping produce at the correct temperature than other insulation. In tests, our pouches kept food safely chilled for a full 24 hours
We've conducted extensive testing to guarantee that our packaging maintains the optimal temperature throughout the delivery process, so you can be confident in the freshness of our products.
Delivery schedule & options
Our standard delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. We can also arrange Saturday deliveries for an additional cost. Once we receive your order, we'll do our utmost to book it for next-day delivery, aiming to deliver before 4pm.
If you're ordering more than 10 boxes, please contact us to discuss delivery options, as costs may increase due to the weight. Alternatively, you can opt for our convenient click-and-collect service.
